Course Content: Our French cookery course will instruct you how to make some of the best traditional French meals. We believe that the most essential ingredients in the preparing and serving of food are enthusiasm, planning, care and fun. Like the Italians, we have a great passion for food and teaching coupled with enormous energy and dedication. Our aim is to pass this love of food onto our students and you will establish a basic knowledge and foundation of French cookery.

Features: Throughout this course you will complete work experience
in the practical workshop, covering all aspects of French Cuisine.
This will cover disciplines ranging from starters, baking, braising
through to desserts. Course Format: Hat & Apron
All commodities will be supplied; you can take the food you produce
home for a fee of £2.50 per session
