If you are aged between 19 and 23 and don’t already hold a qualification equivalent to 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, tuition fees will be waived. If you meet the Eligible Benefit criteria, tuition fees will be waived. (Registration Fees will still apply).

increase and enhance your employability Skills. You will acquire
the introductory knowledge and skills relevant to the construction
industry in the above disciplines whilst working in a supportive
environment.
Students learn through a combination of practice workshops;
classroom sessions; individual guided learning and support; and
independent study. The emphasis is on the core and associated skill
requirements where competency will be assessed to occupational
standards and knowledge tested. The tutors provide ongoing
feedback. All learners will sit a final test to pass the course
either on-line or written dependant on awarding body requirements.
Entry Qualification: Qualification requirements are a minimum of
grades D in literacy and numeracy is required or at least three
year practical experience. Applicants should show a keen interest
in the construction industry and in particular your own chosen
area, along with listening skills and the ability to attend
punctually. As appropriate, learning support is available to
students. Special Features: Students learn through a combination of
