If you are aged between 19 and 23 and don’t already hold a qualification equivalent to 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, tuition fees will be waived. If you meet the Eligible Benefit criteria, tuition fees will be waived. (Registration Fees will still apply).
Course Content: This work related qualification is designed to offer you a choice of routes into further education and employment. It will allow you to develop further the skills required for a career in Business. You will become familiar with the main functions carried out within a business environment and how each of these functions can be affected by changes within the external environment.

• Personnel Management

• Business Administration

In addition you will develop a range of skills including report writing; presenting, research and investigation, team working and time management - all which are vital within any business career. Entry Qualification: You will need 4 GCSEs grade D, including Maths and English. Course Format: You will learn through a range of methods including projects, practical work, case studies, assignments, group work and visits to business organisations. Progression: This qualification helps you progress onto further qualifications, such as the BTEC Extended Diploma in Business, or directly into employment within a range of jobs in the public, private and voluntary sectors such as Office Administration, Sales, Retail and Distribution.
