Course aims and objectives

This course will review the main tax changes announced by the Chancellor in his Budget in March 2013. It will explain the detailed provisions in FA 2013 which are expected to include a new statutory residence test and a cap on an individual’s otherwise unlimited income tax reliefs. The speaker will also give his initial planning thoughts on the key aspects of the new legislation.
