Post Pandemic - 'New Normal' Skills for Business for Directors

Planning for long term organisational success through the effective use of available resources remains a core responsibility for any Director. Delivering that success, following changes in the working practices and attitudes of colleagues at all levels is a new challenge for Directors to deal with. Maximising the benefits from these changes rests with the Directors of the organisation. This may include for example setting out the organisational policy on home working compared to work based working and the long term plan to gain most from each.

This 1 day workshop style course identifies the specific legal and other duties and responsibilities that are conferred on a Director immediately upon accepting their important position.
