Become a Certified Conversation Designer

In the Conversational Academy, you will learn to write dialogue that makes chatbots and voice assistants helpful, natural and persuasive. It doesn't matter which industry you are in or which technology you use.

  • The Conversation Design course is entirely online and self-paced. You decide how much time you wish to spend on it. On average, our participants earn their certification within a month.
  • Over 30 video lectures define the main curriculum. As the field evolves, more content will be added. Additionally, as a member of the Conversational Academy, you’ll have access to all of the downloadable templates and canvases. This allows you to apply everything you learn to your own project or case.
  • When you successfully complete the final exam you will earn your certificate that you can proudly display on your Linkedin profile.

About the field
Conversation Design is a relatively new profession, yet companies are experiencing the necessity more and more. To support this development, Robocopy aims to promote and develop the role of the conversation designer. Doing so, Robocopy is acknowledged and trusted by large tech companies, voice- and chatbot experts, technological platforms, leaders in AI, and other key players in the industry, to develop high-quality curriculum and thus train high-quality Conversation Designers. The method we teach has been successfully used in over hundreds of uses and cases, improving conversations between humans and bots.

About the course
In the Conversational Academy, you will learn to write dialogue that makes chatbots and voice assistants helpful, natural and persuasive. Once you learn the core principles from Robocopy’s Conversational Academy, you can apply them within any industry and any technology. 

During the course, you will first learn about the human and artificial brain as we dive into psychology and technology. Then, you will learn how to apply this knowledge into the field of chatbots and voice assistants using clever copywriting techniques. You’ll be an expert in persuasive writing, using discourse markers, creating flowcharts and much more.
