The Award:

This comprises one mandatory unit, where candidates demonstrate their ability to identify and develop key measures of performance and monitor and evaluate planned activity against these measures.

The Certificate:

This comprises three mandatory units and focuses on managing and evaluating the consultants professional relationship with the client, and generating and evaluating the opinion of others through the appraisal process.
