How is the ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching course assessed?
Delegates will be assessed through the completion of a written work-based assignment and completion of a coaching diary to record their workplace coaching sessions and reflection on own personal learning and development.
Progression routes:
Following successful completion of the course, delegates will be eligible to consider the ILM Level 3 Certificate for workplace coaches or ILM Level 5 qualifications in coaching and mentoring.
