This is a structured managed training programme in domestic or commercial gas installation and maintenance for category two operatives who hold a recognised qualification in the mechanical services engineering sector but lack gas training and experience. The programme consists of on-the-job training/experience and off-the-job training in all the skills and knowledge required by a gas engineer.
