Advanced Apprenticeship Wood Occupations (Site Carpentry/Bench
Joinery) Diploma Level 3 Course Details To commence the Wood
Occupations Framework you must already have NVQ Level 2 and/or
extensive experience. To gain the qualifications listed below, you
will need to be in a placement which involves working in a wood
occupations environment and assisting a tradesman/woman in
practical activities, performing some tasks without direct
supervision, in order to gain the relevant occupational and
industry skills required, and complete Functional Skills during the

structural carcassing components. Maintain non-structural and
structural components. Set up and use fixed or transportable
machinery. The following aremandatoryif following the ‘Bench Work’
option: Conform to general workplace safety. Confirm work
activities and resources for the work. Develop and maintain good
working relationships. Confirm the occupational method of work.
Produce setting out details for routine products. Mark out from
