I would like to get PhD in the field related to my experience, is there anyone who can help with his/her advice ?

Motivation:

I have over 13 years of experience in training and development, particularly in the field of information and communications technology and hold a master's degree in educational administration.

"Much depends on many other factors, however your 13 years of experience will not allow you entry onto a PhD programme, nor onto a Masters. You may wish to consider applying to Heriot-Watt University and see, depending on the quality of your CV, if they will allow you entry onto the first stage of their MBA, if you receive good grades in the first stage they will allow you to proceed." - 07-07-2011 07:33
