HR for Non-HR Managers

With constant changes to employment law it can be hard to know how to manage a team of people and remain compliant with current Employment legislation. This course aims to equip managers with a solid understanding of current HR best practice in order to manage their teams more effectively. This course is of particular relevance for line managers who may be new to the role and want to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to operate within current employment law guidelines.
