About this course

This training course is called 'Leading Product Management' . It is for people who need to build and manage teams of product managers or entire product management organizations.

We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to create your own product management operating model and playbook, enabling you to set product strategy and guide your product managers to deliver effectively.

You will improve your skills and understanding through the perfect mix of theory and individual and group activities. What's more, you will be engaged and feel energized as you experience a rich blend of interaction, discussions, and exercises.

Please note the eligibility criteria in the pre-requisites section. This is not a beginner course – it is for people leading teams or organisations of product managers, or those about to start leading a team of product managers.

Training is based on our Product Management Leadership Framework. This includes the Product Operating Model and Playbook of tools and strategies needed to lead a product management function.

Prerequisites

To attend this training course you  MUST  either:

• Already be leading a team of product managers  OR
• You are about to start leading a team of product managers

In either case, you  MUST

• Have significant product management experience – probably through your work experience and possibly formal training.
• Be familiar with product management core concepts as we teach in this course: Product Management and Product Marketing.
