The Programme

series of practical workshops will guide you through the techniques
required to plan and produce a range of high quality breakfast,
lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus.
Delivered to a small group of students this course will concentrate
on providing ¿hands on experience' with a professional tutor on
hand at all times to demonstrate and give support at every
stage.
