Renewable Technologies

Learn how to design, install and maintain one of a number of renewable technologies ranging from solar thermal, photovoltaic, rain water harvesting and ground/air source heating on one of our dedicated courses. These individual renewable technology specific courses are accredited by NICEIC and delivered by experienced lecturers at Gloucestershire College who will pass on the most up to date information in this fast expanding area. You will learn how to design, install and maintain the technology in the safest way conforming to current Building and Health & Safety Regulations. Take advantage of Gloucestershire College's excellent purpose-built facilities. The college recognises that the best way to learn is through practical hands-on experience, and that is why we have created specially fitted installation bays within the Building Services Department.

You will need an assortment of stationery and a passport-size photograph for your certificate. You will also need to wear protective footwear in compliance with Health and Safety requirements.

To be considered for this course you must be working within the Building Services industry and attend an interview with a member of the lecturing team.
