This is a course where you are encouraged to appreciate the distinctive values of the classical world. Focusing on Ancient Greece and Rome, the emphasis will be on the changing societies and cultures. The topics taught are extremely popular with students, and accessible for students with no background in Classics. The set texts provides students with direct access to the ancient world. Its litearture, history and civilisation.
Entry Requirements
Five GCSEs at grade C or above including English Language. A good level of numeric and ICT skills are needed to process data and present your research.
Costs
There will be a cost incurred in participating in educational visits, both in this country and abroad.
