Trainer Profile
Phil McKew
This course is a lot of fun, extremely hands on, challenging and practical. Its one of my personal favourites to run too which helps! The reason delegates also rate it highly is that it does what it says on the tin i.e. gives you experience of using a huge range of the latest training techniques to add impact to your training.
Delegates range from full time professional trainers and facilitators to line managers or other professionals who occasionally train as part of their role but are starting with some delivery experience to draw on.
The last few Ive run have seen delegates experiment with cartooning, dressing the room more creatively, using NLP more creatively and plugging in to their and their learners left and right brain to name but a few!
