Trainer Profile
Phil McKew
My delegates are often seeking to improve their image and impact with others often senior professionals or other stakeholders. They need to raise their profile, build relationships and generally improve results.
Typical situations and scenarios that we discuss and practise include presentations, interviews, meetings, conflict and giving and receiving feedback.
I draw on a range of techniques including NLP, emotional intelligence, representational systems and transactional analysis to help you apply your learning to one or more important situations back at work.
