Training
We will look at the kinds of thinking and attitudes we hold as leaders, as well as the behaviours that can make it difficult to collaborate and how we might tackle these. We will present frameworks and tools to help plan for effective collaboration and apply and test these against your own experiences so you can put the theory into practice.

Who should attend
Leaders within voluntary and community organisations wishing to think about the ‘soft stuff’ - managing your and others relationships - which can often be the ‘hard stuff’ to put into practice.
This training event is part of the CollaborationNI framework commissioned by the Building Change Trust and delivered by a consortium of NICVA, CO3 and Stellar Leadership.
