Typical applicants will be expected to have at least two Higher qualifications. Applicants should be familiar with IT and show an aptitude for the subject or have successfully completed the appropriate non-advanced College course having shown good achievement. For those returning to education, life skills and experience in the workplace may allow entry subject to availability.

HOW WILL I BE ASSESSED?
This course is mainly assessed on a continuous basis and does not include an external end-of-course examination. Coursework takes the form of essays, reports, presentations, case studies and practical projects. Most of the assessment of student work is undertaken by College staff.
PROGRESSION ROUTES / CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Partnerships with several universities allow successful candidates to be considered for direct entry to year 3 of an appropriate degree course. Employment opportunities may include employment as trainee managers, departmental managers, administration or training assistants.
