Level 4 Business & Administration QCF NVQ Diploma

The QCF NVQ is flexible and can be aligned to any sector that has business administration activities. There are both mandatory and optional units and these can be tailored to both employee and employer needs.
The mandatory units carry 20 credits and consist of:

• Manage and be accountable for own performance in a business environment
• Evaluate and improve own performance in a business environment
• Support the purpose and values of an organisation
• Support sustainability in a business environment
• Assess, manage and monitor risk in a business environment
• Communicate in a business environment

There is a comprehensive list of optional units which carry a minimum of 10 credits that cover a range of job roles.

There are no formal entry requirements but students need to be employed in a senior administrator role with a substantial degree of accountability and responsibility, alongside good literacy and IT skills.
