This course explores a range of production techniques across a variety of subjects including the following:
- TV news
- Video documentary
- Drama
- Animation
- Script writing
- Film studies
- Directing & producing
- Editing & post-production work
Learn how to:
- Write scripts
- Manage a TV studio
- Direct a production
Students will be writing, producing & editing short video productions across a range of genres.
Students must have ONE of the following:
- 4 GCSEs at grades A*-C, including English or Maths
- Level 2 BTEC Diploma in Media at merit, plus GCSE English or Maths at grades A*-C
- Equivalent qualifications - Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE Maths and/or English
