Description
This is a modular course, which is both academic and practical. Students will study 18 units over 2 years including:
- Human physiology
- Social development
- Behavioural sciences
- Biochemistry
- Environmental health
- Applied science
- Health promotion
Students will spend one day a week working at an approved work placement.
Students must have the following:
- 4 GCSEs at grades A*-C, including English, Maths and Science or equivalent - Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE Maths and/or English
Students aged 19+ who have industry experience BUT do not have the necessary qualifications can be invited in for interview
