Level 2 Logistics Operations Diploma

The course has been developed to give students the knowledge, understanding and skills to work effectively in a warehousing, storage and logistics environment.

Students will develop principles of warehousing and storage and the impact this has on the business and the supply chain and will acquire the skills needed to undertake a successful role in logistics operations, warehousing and storage and this course consists of the following:

• Receiving and storing goods and materials
• Processing orders and dispatching goods
• Delivering effectively
• Customer service
• Effective team work

Students must have:

• 4 GCSEs (3 at grades A*-D and 1 at grade A*-E) including English and Maths or equivalent - Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE Maths and/or English
