HOW WILL I BE ASSESSED?
You will be assigned a tutor who is a subject specialist in your chosen subject area. Your tutor will support you through the course to fully prepare you for the exam by: setting target dates for completion of tasks (which will be submitted for marking and feedback provided), answering any queries or questions you may have as you progress through the course materials and deliver a tutorial session to help prepare you for the examination.
The Introductory Certificate is knowledge-based and will be assessed by means of external examination. Each unit is assessed by means of a 15 question, multiple-choice examination and 15 restricted response questions. This will assess candidates understanding of how decisions made in each of the separate areas covered by the syllabus impact on the integrated supply-chain.
