Description
This course covers all aspects of African-Caribbean and caucasian hairdressing including:
- Cutting
- Setting
- Blow-drying
- Colouring
- Perming
- Relaxing
- Health & safety
- Reception skills
- Related theory
Students must have ONE of the following:
- 4 GCSEs (3 at grades A*-D & 1 at grade A*-E) including English & Maths, or equivalent - Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE English and/or Maths
- Students with previous hairdressing experience will also be considered
Adults 19+ who have industry experience BUT do not have the necessary qualifications can be invited in for interview
