Course Level: Level 3
Course Structure: Classes for all of the modules in Hospitality
will include students taking part in theory, case study and
scenario-based practical workshops. Students are also encouraged to
gain employment within the industry to further enhance and
supplement their growing knowledge within the field.
Assessment: Students will sit an internal end of course exam.
