This four week course shows covers how to design and make modern and contemporary soft furnishings such as door stops and cushions. You will be given the opportunity to experiment with a wide variety of materials to make items of soft furnishings; these will include layering modern fabrics and threads. You will be encouraged to develop techniques to design and make your own soft furnishings.
