Description
For those of you who are quite fluent in the language or may have lived in Italy, or have reached degree level. An opportunity to consolidate and develop your conversation skills through discussion, including relevant topical issues.
Learner & Entry Requirement:
Learners should be nearly fluent in the language or at least be able to hold a conversation for at least 5 minutes on any subject.
General & First Session:
If you have pen and paper please bring them, but do not purchase them specifically for the course until after the first class. KAE is unable to offer refunds for any materials, equipment or books if the course is subsequently closed.

Course Aim & Objective:
Maintain your knowledge of the language or improve your fluency through conversation on any current affairs topic, and fill in the gaps in your grammar.
By the end of the course you should have greatly improved your level of fluency in Italian, and should have acquired knowledge on various current affairs and cultural topics related to Italy.
Assessment:
You are encouraged to write and talk on any subject that you read or hear about. Assessment through written homework, oral discussion and listening comprehension in class.
Course Syllabus:
Including: family, young people, politics, religion, environment, entertainment. Italian newspapers and magazines, and videos recorded from Italian television and audiotapes.
