In order to maintain your language skills you have to practise regularly. Provided you have a basic knowledge, this course gives you the opportunity to refresh your spoken and written language skills.

Learner & Entry Requirements:
School French, no matter how rusty. Homework is set.

General & First Session:
Pen and paper. KAE is unable to offer refunds for any materials, equipment or books if the course is subsequently closed.

Course Aim & Objective:
Ability to express yourself in French; develop your listening, reading, writing skills, and regain confidence when speaking French.

Assessment:
A little homework between each lesson.

Course Syllabus:
Both present and past tenses. Speaking plays a major part, role-plays, general conversation, questions and answers. Practise the three other skills - reading, writing and listening. The class discusses France and the French culture. Topics: at the hotel, at the restaurant, shopping, travelling - public transport, and any other topic specifically requested by learners.
