This two−day course provides an ideal opportunity to gain a nationally recognised City & Guilds 7300 qualification in Trainer Skills. Participants will need to attend on both days, with a final summative assessment taking place on the second day.

The course is based on the training cycle, covering:

  • Planning − including session planning
  • Delivery − candidates will deliver a 10−15 minute "session" which they have planned
  • Evaluation − self, peer and course evaluation.

Course Content

Assessment will be by multiple choice quiz and tutor observation of each delegate's delivery of their "session".

Participants will need to deliver a 10 − 15 minute training session to their peer group and take a multiple choice quiz.
They will need to have a topic for their training session and be prepared to read handouts in their own time before day two commences.

The course fee includes lunch, refreshments in the morning and afternoon on both days, and the City & Guilds registration fees.
