The Level 3 Diploma should be studied by Individuals with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Manufacturing field. The individual should hold lower management or supervisory experience or have the intention to develop in to a management role. The course will allow the individual to develop skills and knowledge at a lower management level within Manufacturing. This course will support their career development and allow them to become more efficient within their role

The courses are designed to be flexible around the needs of the individual and allows them to study a course based on their own time scales, allowing them to work through their course to a timescale that suits them. The assesments can be submited through either work based learning, work experience, approved prior learning and Essays.
