This modular training programme has been developed for supervisors/team leaders who are
required to operate within a manufacturing environment. The programme concentrates on the
management skills required to develop, lead, monitor and control modern manufacturing teams. Atotal of 14 modules are available depending on existing knowledge & expertise.
FORMAT
• Two modules are normally scheduled each month.
• Delegates will be expected to develop individual action plans for each module.
• Constant monitoring and feedback as part of each course will be undertaken to ensure successful development.
