What Subjects will I study?

Tai Chi Chuan is a very practical and effective method of self defence. With practice you can learn how to neutralise and redirect an attack by using an opponents strength and aggression against them. Through standing postures you can learn how to connect with the lower Dantien (the vital energy centre below the navel) to activate the body's energy system, so generating strong internal forces for healing and martial arts. The practice of sensing/pushing hands helps you learn how to stick, follow and interpret another persons movement and intention.
