Customer Service NVQ Level 2 Certificate
This is a competency based course which leads to a National
Vocational Qualification (QCF) in Customer Service. Oxford,
Cambridge and Royal Society of Arts (OCR) is the awarding body for
this qualification. The flexibility of the scheme allows candidates
to demonstrate competence in a variety of environments with
evidence to support claims of competence coming from activities in
the workplace or volunteer sector.
What Subjects will I study?
To achieve a full Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service you
must complete a minimum of 28 credits, made up as follows:

Mandatory Units: candidates must achieve 8 credits
Option Units: candidates must achieve 20 credits by completing a
minimum of one unit from each optional group, of which a minimum of
11 credits must be achieved at Level 2.
Mandatory Units
F1 Communicate using customer service language (4 credits)
F2 Follow the rules to deliver customer service (4 credits)
Some of the Option Units available are:
A1 Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude (5
credits)
B1 Do your job in a customer-friendly way (5 credits)
C1 Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems
(5 credits)
D1 Develop customer relationships (6 credits)
