The Secrets of a Professional Chef (1) Back to Basics! is a short demonstration and practical course designed to teach the keen amateur the basic skills on which to build in order to cook like a professional chef - from chopping an onion to completing an elaborate dish. Come Dine With Me - A short demonstration/practical course taught by a professional chef to enable you to host your own 'Come Dine With Me' evening. Students are required to provide their own ingredients for the practical sessions.

Saucy Secrets - Learn the secrets of making good sauces - from basic bechamel to a velvety veloute; from hollandaise to harissa! An experienced, professional chef will teach you how to transform your cooking through a wide variety of sauces, savoury and sweet. All ingredients provided.

The Flavours of Morocco - Uncover the secrets of Moroccan cooking on this one-day demonstration/practical workshop. Learn to combine an array of aromatic spices to prepare and cook tagine, couscous, harissa and, of course, mint tea. All ingredients provided.
