Honours Level Module
This module is a follow up to the Developing Leaders module (DDOPRO_80) and is also designed by the London Centre for Leadership in Learning (LCLL). It progresses ideas first explored in the earlier module developing communication skills, motivation and leading beyond the team. Participants also consider managing contentious issues and whole school matters. This module is ideal for those who've completed the Developing Leaders module or for those ready to move from middle leadership into senior leadership positions. It is relevant for support staff as well as teachers.
