The aim of this qualification is to give practising or potential team or cell leaders a foundation for their formal development in the role.
The award is a concise qualification designed to give students a basic knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader and the limits of their authority and accountability.
'Developing Yourself as a Team Leader' is a mandatory unit for this course. Students will also study the following units:
- M2.03 Planning and Monitoring Work
- MY.04 Developing the Work Team
