Full Description

Our coaching programs are driven by the needs of our clients.

They are about challenging and motivating you to take control of your life by increasing your self confidence, self esteem and awareness to enable to you to realise unfilled dreams and ambitions.

They are about enabling you to exercise your potential.

The process starts with an initial discussion with a Personal Development Coach (PDC) who will evaluate your current situation and help you assess "where are you, right now?"

By guiding you through a powerful process of exploring options and overcoming your perceived limitations, you will then be projected forward and helped to establish a set of achievable goals that will shape your future and move you forward to go "where you want to go" and to be "who you want to be" in your life.

The consequential actions you commit to will form the agreement between you and your PDC, who will continue to guide, challenge and support you through the duration of your coaching program.

Our coaches are fully qualified and experienced Professional and Personal Development Coaches, Certified Practitioners of NLP (INLPTA), and members of the International Coach Federation (ICF) with years of coaching and mentoring experience.

Coaching Credits
Coaching sessions are conducted either face to face or via the telephone and are purchased as credits, with one Coaching Credit equating to a one-hour session with the Personal Development Coach.

The investment for each Coaching program is dictated by a sliding scale based on the number of credits purchased.
