The program is driven by the needs of the client. It is about assisting you to achieve your full potential, with a focus on what you want to achieve now and in the future.

As such, the content of the program will always evolve according to your requirements, but will usually incorporate:

• Personal Assessment  
• Career Audit
• CV Preparation and Interview Skills
• Personal Marketing Plans
• Personal Development
• Recruitment (placement)
• Coaching and Support

The process starts with an initial discussion with a CDC who will assess your current career or employment situation, and guide you through a powerful process of exploring options, clarifying desired outcomes, identifying the obstacles in the pathway to success, and establish effective action plans to move forward.

It culminates in the formal registration with an Innergy recruitment consultant and a series of post-placement coaching support sessions to ensure the smooth transition into your new employment.
