What does the course include?
The BTEC Diploma in Business – Level 2 course enables you to study a variety of business topics for example:
- Exploring Business Purposes
- Developing Customer Relations
- Financial forecasting
- Business Communication and Business Enterprise
The programme has also been developed so that you can gain a qualification in work skills.

Where does it lead?
The course provides a good basis for further study in Business or related subjects as well as providing opportunities to enter employment.
If you achieve a final qualification grade of Merit or distinction you can progress on to the BTEC Extended Diploma in Business Level 3 . You may also be able to progress onto AS level courses.
An increase in Sales representative (6%), Broker (10%) and
Telephone sales (1%) related jobs are forecast in Greenwich between
2012 and 2017.
