- Mechanics 2, (M2)develops the ideas from Mechanics 1 to include Friction, Moments, Impulse & Momentum, Work, Energy and Power
- Numerical Methods, (NM)are employed to allow students to solve a wide range of problems, which would otherwise be outside of their mathematical understanding.
Assessment Method
All modules have a 1_ hour examination. NM and C3 also have coursework. C4 has a comprehension paper.
Progression
Students may progress onto a range of Higher Education courses with a mathematical content, including mathematics, physics, engineering, accounts, finance, and economics.
Additional Information
Examination Board: OCR MEI.
