The Key Stage 4 provision is for students who are unlikely to successfully complete full time mainstream education but still have the desire to gain qualifications to progress into further education or employment. The provision is suitable for a number of students such as vulnerable young people, school refusers, those at risk of exclusion or students that are likely to be in the NEET category (Not in Education, Employment or Training) by the end of year 11.
