Case Studies

An apprentice on the course said, 'doing an Apprenticeship has helped me gain independence as we are treated as adult employees, not like children in a classroom. We have many expectations that we need to meet and I am enjoying these challenges more than I first thought. I am set targets, not just as an individual but also as part of a team, and I am enjoying the processes involved in achieving them.'
