Change can be one of the most difficult obstacles to overcome in the work environment. As a manager, the challenge is to make change easier for employees. This is not a simple task, but there are ways to make transition a little easier. Entry Requirements There are no formal entry requirements, though it is expected that the target group would be in a position where they are responsible for some people management. Assessment This is an ILM development programme with no assessment requirement. Delegates are awarded the qualification by virtue of attending the programme.
