This Level 3 Sports Coaching home study course is designed to equip
you with the skills you need to work in the sports coaching
industry. This course aims to teach you how to provide mental and
physical performance coaching to enable the individual or team you
are coaching to reach their goals.

Study Hours
This is only an approximate figure and is dependant upon how much time you can dedicate to your studies and how well you grasp the learning concepts in the course material.
