This 5-day modular programme aims to provide an update of legislation for experienced HR Professionals, and an introduction of the work of the HR department to new HR practitioners. It will inform delegates of the knowledge and skills they need to provide support and guidance to managers at all levels within their organisation. Case studies and exercises will give opportunities to practice dealing with HR issues in a safe environment.
