CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice

Introduction

This Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) programme provides a solid base in all areas of human resources, helping you to develop essential skills and strengthen your confidence so that you can be more effective in the workplace.

How Will I Be Assessed?

Each module is assessed by an individual assignment/report

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements although you should be able to demonstrate a genuine desire to learn about Human Resources and ideally have one to three years experience in a related role.

Additional Information

The course runs every Tuesday afternoon from 2-6pm (term time only). You will be required to become a member of the CIPD - the membership fee of £180 to be paid directly to The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Progression

You will be able to undertake the CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management (Level 5). You will also become a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Career Opportunities

There are a number of roles in the industry that will be open to you, such as Human Resources Officer or Advisor.
