Class sizes are small so as to gain individual tuition. Learning
activities include workshops discussions demonstrations and
practical sessions. You are expected to work on each other and you
have the opportunity to bring models in for the second day.
You gain experience of contouring and highlighting facial features and recognising the effects of lighting on make-up. You gain confidence in using airbrushing techniques and creating various looks for brides. You also gain a City of Oxford College Certificate.
To attend this programme you need to have completed the two-day Day Make-up course or equivalent, or be working towards a recognised Level 2 beauty therapy qualification.
On successful completion you can progress to our other part-time hair and beauty courses, such as Jo-Jo Price International Make-up Artist. It covers more techniques for media and fashion photography.
You learn in our professionally-equipped on-campus salons.
