Management skills in an operational context, managing business processes, leading, planning and implementing change, managing finance, providing learning opportunities. Individuals may find that the focus of their work is more to do with managing projects, or with technical matters. How will I be Taught? You will be allocated an individual assessor, who will assess you one to one in your work place. How will I be Assessed? You will be assessed by completing a portfolio of evidence using an e portfolio platform in the first instance or a traditional portfolio, under the guidance of your occupationally competent assessor.
